Make sure your work stands out and you stand out from the crowd , use your initiative , become the go to guy, be the best at what you do always ! keep your eye on the ball , give ideas , be positive, try to see the best in every one and every situation ,never never be negative in an open meeting , if you fell strongly talk after in private. No one likes a moaner or a complainer, be focused and consecrate on the job in hand. My son James Burke is a race driver he was told in the psychology of winning class that we never ever loose concentration we just think about something else , so we must train our minds to stay on target !! stick to the knitting !! Get the job done and be the best and be seen as the best.

Victory Management was born out of 30 years of combined, Sales, Management, Leadership, Coaching , Admin and Customer Care experience. Most of which was gained in the United Kingdom and Europe.
During that time the instructor worked for some of the largest brands in the UK , such as Tesco the biggest retailer in the UK and several Graphic Arts companies both in the UK and Europe.
For eleven years we ran a satellite company for a French Graphic Arts manufacturing organisation based in Paris and England, this company turned over $5 Million dollars a year, so we have a unique and personal experience of running a small business.
While working as Sales & Marketing Managers the instructor managed sales teams of up to 14 sales professional account managers and managed sales budgets of over $28 million dollars in sales.
Having originally gained a CMS in print related management studies at Watford Collage of Technology and Print, England UK in 1984.
He also, sat on the Board of Governors of Hartwell Middle School Northamptonshire England. and served on the Hartwell Parish Council .
